Invoice

This email is sent to customers when an order is made on your online shop. Orders can also be manually created within the admin and sent to a customer. This can be sent as either a text or HTML email.

By default, the invoice looks like the below:

Order Status Changed

This email is sent to a customer when the status of an order assigned to the customer has been updated. In order for this email to be sent, you must enable order status notifications. See Notify a customer of an order status update . This can be sent as either a text or HTML email.

Quote

This email is sent to customers when an quote is made on your online shop. Quotes can also be manually created within the admin and sent to a customer. This can be sent as either a text or HTML email.

Gift Voucher

This email is sent to a customer receiving a gift voucher from another customer. This can be sent as either a text or HTML email.

By default, the invoice looks like the below:

Drop Shipping

Sent to one or more suppliers to fulfill a customer order on behalf of your business

Cart recovery emails

Using these email templates you can contact customers who have not completed the purchase process on your site. A customer that has added a product to the shopping cart but did not complete the purchase can be later contacted via email and reminded about the pending purchase.
